The WIA Training Program is a 6-month intensive structured in batches — what we call cohorts. Each cohort is a sisterhood of women on the same journey of growth, accountability, and transformation.
Through intensive learning, mentorship, and spiritual growth, each woman will be challenged to refine her skills, deepen her faith, and embrace her unique calling.

Morning Talk
Each day, one lady leads the group in a conversation — sharing her wisdom and creating space for others to contribute. This builds confidence, communication skills, and the ability to hold a room with grace.
Evening Bible Study
Deep Word study moments where ladies grow in wisdom together. Not surface-level — we go deep, wrestle with truth, and come out sharper and more grounded in God's word.
Weekly Courses & Assignments
Every week has one focused topic. Courses come with real assignments and challenges that push you to apply what you're learning — not just know it, but live it.
Bi-Weekly Q&A Sessions
Every two weeks, open sessions where you can ask anything, get clarity, receive mentorship, and grow through each other's questions and experiences.
Game & Sisters Night
Because influence is also built in laughter and sisterhood. These nights are where walls come down, friendships deepen, and the community becomes family.
Presentations & Articulation
You will regularly present your thoughts, ideas, and discoveries to the group. Learning to articulate your vision with clarity and confidence is non-negotiable for a woman of influence.
